Build a Website using Yii editable admin part to all my 6 page

Hello,

I am looking for a fast hight professional that can provide me resault right away.

the job need to be done in the next 24hr

1. make the change that it will work on Yii responsive the mobile version I will send in the next 1 houre

2. need to install SEO plugin

3. need to be manageable from admin changeing all text, changing color for all part in site seperetly, header/footer, text color for header for site

upload text, full site controll for all 6 pages, space color, gallery order (positioning it) etc...

4. position the text in the about right or left to the page

5. clean code

6. css file deperet to each browser and mobile

8. need to add in the footer centered the page beloow all "האתר עוצב תוכנת ע"י site4rent"

9. I want to be able to add bellow the all part that we show now paragraph text that will be simple align define by admin.

after done I need please guide how to instal this site on wordpress platform and guide how to use it, full function

10. font i will send you to upload as well

11. the background and photo width site I need option to add photo or color, header I need the option to add photo or color.

12. the site need to be correct to 1170px

for all site sample here i have full code if you need I have it in WP and in html

the idea is the site need to be simple to use it, if you have any other idea how to do that in other platform I am willing to here.
