Apply existing template (sliced) to Magento

I have a live site

I need someone to take this and apply this theme to a magento base.

I have Magento already installed on a server (latest version) ready to go

1. left hand navigation must be dynamic all main categories must show up there

2. you must generate the navigation

3. Category Template ([login to view URL])

4. Detail Page Template ([login to view URL])

5. Home Page Template ([login to view URL])

6. Contact Page ([login to view URL])

you must pull the images, html/css form the live site I do not have access to the FTP.

VERY VERY IMPORTANT .. PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED August 27th end of day Easter Standard Time) THIS IS A MUST!!!!!

This is a quick job but someone who is very experience with magento should be able to knock it out fast
