Captcha Grabber/Browser game tool

This tool will be an all-in-on add-on for a browser game to simplify tedious tasks. I do have a sample program to show you something similar to what I will need. The main thing that I need this program to do is grab captchas from various characters, send them to a solver such as [login to view URL] and then enter these on the original website. Other things include deleting or activating items or characters. I would also like the program to be able to join an IRC channel and alert me of certain changes on the site.
