betfair - bet365 bot

Hi, im looking for a highly skilled programmer to develop a program (bot) for windows that scrapes certain data from both bet365 and betfair and places bets acordingly. Once logged in to the software it should automaticly monoitor the markets (its only 2-10 horse races per day), log in to bet365 and betfair and place the bets automaticly.

Full rules on wich bets to place and the calculator for calculating bet sizes will be sent to winning bid. But basicly I want it to put riskfree bets on my behalf.

So to sum it up what the bot should be able to do:

set stake size

Look for 2-10 bets a day on a certain market on bet365.

if odds on bet365 and betfair are within a certain arb range to guarantee profit place the bets.

Keep track of bets made and profit/loss would be nice too.
