C++ Windows Media Project

I have got all the C++ code for an ActiveX control that records some video from a webcam using DirectX and the WindowsMEdia Formats SDK. I want to entend the functionality of the control to not just produce one video but two - one a high bandwidth the other for dial ups. This means that the second video can be created from the first (the first being the higher bandwidth video). What I need is the code written to add to the project that basically takes the first video and re-encodes it to another .wmv thats all!
