C++ Help

I need someone available in the next couple hours who uses MSN messenger to help walk me through the process of creating a simple DLL in C++ (Visual Studio 6.0 or .NET) that I can call from a VB application that does not require any dependencies. Right now there is only one C++ function I need it to process which I have all the code for, but I'm just not familiar how to compile it so it's accessible from VB. I will accept the first sensible bid as long as you will be available right away via MSN to help me with it. As long as we get it working, you're guaranteed a quick 10 rating!
