Data loader analyzer project for ecommerce product data files

What I do is run ecommerce websites and every couple twice a year I have to update my product files This what I need the code to do 1. Ability to create and save template product feed file template ready to import data into 2. Ability to import data from tab,csv,xls file formats 3. Ability to map imported file data into columns. Example to map data into pre selected template as mentioned in 1. 4. Ability to save and export file formats into csv,tab,xls 5. Search and replace prices Updates IE cost price, retail price sales price 6. Search and remove discontuied products from file 7. Search and compare data and products if they are not found. (Add new products) 8. Ability to change product price by % or Number (increase or Decrease price). 9. Ability to concatenate extra data to exciting data in file from user input. 10. Ability to select update by product manufacture Please See attached file for project details ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
