Cross Platform Audio Functions (Revised)

I need someone who is good with writing functions regarding audio (both playing, and recording). Please be advised that these functions will need to make use of built in APIs (For Windows, DirectX...for Linux and Mac OSX, SDL (provided its already installed). For more information, see the attached file... To apply for this job, it is advised that you have some sort of example of some of this kind demonstration of being able to write these types of functions. Preferably working examples. If the only thing keeping you from bidding is the U$200 cap, please let me know...and I will consider raising the limit. If you would prefer to avoid the recording features, let me know and if need be, I will post a new project for them. If you need longer than the deadline (30 days) PLEASE let me know BEFORE bidding, so I can extend it (depending on how much more time you will need). ## Deliverables If the functions are written in PureBasic, then I will need the source code and preferably the PureLibraries for the given OSes. However, if they are NOT written in PureBasic, I will need: Dynamic Libraries (DLL, SO, and DyLib), Static Libraries (.LIB and whatever, compatible with all 3 platforms), as well as bindings (either in Purebasic, or 3 other languages which will help me figure out how to write the PureBasic bindings myself)
