Create order statuses (with function) backend Magento.

Create orderstatuses backend Magento. We want to have orderstatuses in the backend. I know you can create them in the backend, however, they don’t work as they should work. We want to have the following orderstatuses: The status name must be in dutch, not in english. The translation is provided. When an order comes in the backend, the status has to be Bestelling bevestigd (1). Please pay attention: In step 3 and 4 it has to be divided between paid and not paid. An order is paid when it’s paid directly with iDeal or PayPal. We also have payment after delivery (achteraf betalen). When the order is being paid afterwards, it should make a difference in step 3 and 4. Bestelling bevestigd (order confirmed) Now we have to tell our customer when the delivery day will be. We should be able to click a button “leverdatum doorgeven” such as the button “send”. Now we have to see a blank textbox, where we can put some text in like: “Your delivery time is known, your product will be deliverd etc. etc.” This text should be send in our standard e-mail template to the customer. -> Maybe you can make a code, which we can paste into a mail template (in magento) so it automatically calls the text that is written. Go to point 3. When not yet paid (paid afterwards) -> Go to point 4. Afgerond & Reviewed (Closed and asked for review) When the item has been paid another plugin automatically sends a review request after 7 days. So the status has to be Afgerond & Reviewed Nog niet betaald (Not yet paid) This status only shows when the customer has not paid (paid after delivery). We have to be able to set the status manually to Afgerond & Reviewed when we have received the payment from the customer. We have to be able to set all the statuses manually. And we want another 3 statuses (with no action) that we are able to set: Status: - Service - Incasso
