Cosmetic Changes in C++ App

Require developer to modify existing C++ project. We need: * A welcome screen added the first time the application is launched. * All buttons changing to XP-style (ie, outline highlighted blue when you hover over them... on Windows XP only) * General tidy up of the one-form interface * Check for memory leak issues... resolve as many as possible Work should be completed by end of week. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
