I need a plugin interface written for Quickbooks Pro 2005. This plugin will be accessible from the Quickbooks user interface, it will ask for a .iif file to be used to import payment data into quickbooks. It will parse the IIF file to insure that all customers within the IIF are a direct match, show a screen with those customer names if they match or not, the date and amount of payment, check / document number, account the payment is being imported into. It will allow for the user to edit, delete, or block customers from having their data imported and to finally submit the payment info to be imported into quickbooks. The files imported will be in TAB DELIMINATED FORMAT ie !TRNS TRNSID TRNSTYPE DATE ACCNT NAME AMOUNT DOCNUM PAYMETH !SPL SPLID TRNSTYPE DATE ACCNT NAME AMOUNT DOCNUM PAYMETH !ENDTRNS TRNS PAYMENT 11/30/2005 UNDEPOSITED FUNDS CUSTOMER NAME 500 123 LOCKBOX SPL PAYMENT 11/30/2005 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CUSTOMER NAME -500 123 LOCKBOX ENDTRNS This program can be written in C++, VB, or C#. Source code and functional program will be supplied at the end of job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
