Challenge

I am using a VB program (see Attached) to compress a gif file using [login to view URL] The problem I am having is I now need to send that compressed gif to the web and have a java program display it.. The Challage is simple take the compressed image that I also included and uncompress it using Java and display it.. The first one done gets $75.00 If you need server space for testing let me know. I have included the source code for the VB side which will show you have I compressed the file.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows and CGI
