If licensed components are required in development please note... See Deliverables below... ## Deliverables **Develop ActiveX or VCL component which provides the following functionlaity:** 1. Tabbed interface for simple image, audio, video editing (1 tab each editor) 2. Image editor should contain toolsat minimum: * Zoom-In/Out * Rectangular cropping; * Contrast/brightness tool; * Quality chooser (for JPEG images) * Copy/Paste from clipboard 3. Video editor should containt standard video navigation bar, navigation controls and the following toolsat minimum: * Rectangular cropping * Quality chooser * Trimming 4. Autio edit should containd standard audio navigation bar, navigation controls and following toolsat minimum: * Select region * Volume up/down for selected region * Trimming 5. The ActiveX should accept a two strings denoting names of the input and output files. 6. Based on the type of the provided file only one tab should be displayed (Image, Video or Audio). 7. The ActiveX should either write edited content to the output file or report about the problem to the caller application. 8. The ActiveX or VCL should integrate without problems with program written in Delphi 6. 9. The ActiveX should have XP-style interfacewith highly functional and well laid out controls. **Image/video/audio preview ActiveX requirements: This is basically a sub-app of main control --which only preview. Atleast following formats ** * Image: Actual Size, Fit to window, etc. * Audio: audio player controls * Video: video player controls --------------------------------------- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
