ActiveX Control

I need an ActiveX control that displays a bitmap background. It must also have multiple rectangular click regions (that will not overlap) that display one of two bitmaps depending upon the value of an associated bool field in a list. It must also accept input to toggle the boolean of the corresponding area. In other words, the ActiveX control must display an array of boolean values by showing the true or false bitmap associated with that value. The number of rectangular regions will NOT change at runtime. All bitmaps should be properties that can be assigned in the IDE and don't need to be programmatially changed at runtime. Only the boolean values themselves will change at runtime, everything else should be able to be specified with properties at design time. A static property to accept input or display only should be implemented. If you click in a rectangular region, and the "accept input" property is set to true, then you should be able to click on the rectangle, and it would toggle to the other bitmap. If the control is set to display only mode, then the clicks are ignored. See the attached file for two examples of what could be done with this control. I require a small working example program written in MFC that employs a Model-View-Controller type architecture to connect the list of booleans to the control and vice-versa. If you can do everything else, and are willing to learn MVC, that is acceptable, but please say so in your bid. I will provide all art work and further details of the actual project upon a successful bid, but it is substantially the same as the two examples given above. Preference will be given to coding teams who employ pair programming, test driven development or extreme programming practices so be sure to mention your exertise in these areas if it applies.
