Data mining Google and Data Entry

I need someone to create a reusable tool for me to use to collect places of interest which will include, food establishments, fuel stations and lodging/hotels from Google. The tool should be able to import a list of GPS coordinates and then utilize Google Maps API to gather the required data. This tool should be able to store the gathered information into an Access database. Information that will be needed is all accessible from Google. (Name of business, address, city, state and phone number). This MUST be an automated process and reusable without additional modification. OUTLINE: 1) Tool must collect data from Google automatically 2) Must be able to import GPS data from some format (ie, flat text, Excel, DB) 3) Must be able to extrapolate data from Google (ie, Business name, Address, City, State, Phone Number, website, etc) 4) Tool must search for HOTELS, FOOD, GAS and return results to an ACCESS DB PM with questions. I AM OPEN TO HEARING ADDITIONAL SOLUTIONS IF YOU HAVE THEM - PM ME!
