I would like a program creating that will go through DMOZ links and find out the dates that sites were last updated. It will then use a WHOIS lookup to find the email addresses of site owners and bulk email those that are selected. The user will be able to sort records by last update date and select the contacts that he wants to send the email to. The user can provide SMTP details for email sending.
