design of website is already finished. our client needs to update the website on his own.
he needs to be able to update the news section, post new items and delete others.
in homepage there will be a bar with small photos, we need that when the cursor is moved on the photo a bigger one appears underneath. no flash for this item. photos will be changed by us for this part.
