arabic medical website

i need to build a medical arabic website that the layout looks like [login to view URL] and i need the join form to be like the one in the attached document explenation about the registration form: verification page after the regisration and a numbers in text to confirm it also (see attached for user details for the input) i need a messeges tab like a webmail for each user to get and mails between the users and to use it in the forum,incase someone replies to him he will be verified that someone has answered him and i need a tab also if he has any activated messeges in the forum that are opened, and when the user is logged in i want his name to show up (hello name)instead of the registration with the sign out word and i need a program for symptoms and signs like the one in [login to view URL] with a differnet style and i need a forum for my website that only registerd user can write a comments and post ones but user that are not registered can't write but only can view the forum(let me see a demo) -search engine for my website -latest news (rolling up) [login to view URL] instead of the static health news on the right side -top health articles like the one in [login to view URL] -sitemap for my website for search engines i need consultaion regarding the screen resolution after i get the skeleton of the website that u will build for i want to be able to fill it with the content that i have or that i am working on. text from right to left and all arabic language
