Create Dealer Locator :: ASP

I would like this done in asp or html. The data must be encrypted and very secure. I need the following: An Access database with -a table containing all US zip codes (which I have in delimited format)-a table for all dealers Admin section- this is to add dealers to the database. Fields should include name, address, city, state, zip, email, website, map(link only, not image), and comments. - it also must store time/date, IP, zip codes searched to a read only log Client page- Here a client can input his zip code and on submit he will be shown all dealers within 100 miles of him. There needs to be a message displayed if there are no dealers within 100 miles. I will send you the exact text for that. When results are returned it should display all dealer info from database and the distance from them to the dealer. Style Sheet- just a very simple style sheet with Arial text, size 12. Links #666666 bold, active links #CCCCCC, v links #999999.
