Convert Excel calculation to ASP

I need a coder to convert a Excel calculation to ASP. The XLS file is attached and i have a math formula (i dont know how use it). The output must be a simple ASP page that receive the parameters and outputs the final value (simple [login to view URL]). The parameters are: 1. course value (u$) (e.g: 500) 2. duration in months (e.g: 48) 3. monthly tax (e.g: 0.34) 4.?
