Assistnance with Time Off program

I have started a project that will be part of our Intranet system. It is a Paid Time Off system, that will submit a request to a boss, who approves it and then is forwarded to the HR Department. I have started the design, but am needing some assistanec in the database end of things, as well as some other options I want that will be listed in the details. ## Deliverables How I want this site to run: 1. The user will be authenticated via Windows Authentication. When they go to enter their time off request, their name needs to be pulled automatically as well as the date of request. 2. The time off selected is already set to be from a list on the server. They enter their hours and then the date from and to. 3. They enter the optional information, and select their supervisor and hit submit. The Status should automatically be set as pending. 4. When they hit the submit button, the data needs to be sent to the database. I would also like an email to automatically be sent to the supervisor saying that there is a request to be approved. 5. When the supervisor gets the email he should be able to go to the site and see all the requests that are pending. He then can approve or deny these requests (an option regular users cannot get). The date of approval should be automatically inserted. 6. Once he approves this, there should be an email sent to HR automatically that they have been approved, and they can see in a query the approved items. Also there should be an email sent to the requestor on if the request was approved or denied.
