Asset management web 2 application

I have 40 Document Scanners that we hire to customers. I want a web based application, written in Dot Net so we have a table of the scanners, customers, rentals and maintenance. Our requirements are basic but we want to be able to produce hire agreements into Open Office and to eventually update our [login to view URL] accounts system which has a dot net api. We have our own web server that we will use to install this onto and the database can be Access or SQL Express. The application must be secured with a user logon (we use Google apps soa single signon would be great or a user table is OK). We dont use Microsoft Office so producing the hire agreements into Open Office would be perfect although straight into PDF is fine provided we get to approve it / edit it before emailing it to the hirer. ## Deliverables We will need screens to add and edit scanners, customers, hirers and maintenance records and will want to produce views of this such as "whats on hire" hire's ending in the next x days, Live maintenance issues and activity reports on scanners as well. We will want the code clean and standardized so the programmer or anybody else can continue development after the initial project has been completed. We will also want standard CSS for styling.
