Ads Search

I am just pricing at this point, to see if this can be done for the right price. I want a one page website that has a search field where people can input a search term. When the visitor clicks submit, I want the site to query Google for that search term and pull all the adwords data (advertisements that show up on the right side of the google screen) and display them to the searcher. But the system would actually look at the first 10 pages of the google results and get as many of the unique ads that show up as possible (you should find all the ads available after looking at first 10 pages of results) and then display them to the searcher ranked by how many times each of the ads were displayed on the first 10 pages of the google results for that keyword/phrase. The first result being the ad that was displayed the least amount of times on the first 10 google result pages. Since many ads are the same with different titles (the advertisers experiment with titles to see which pull better) the system would use the URL displayed for each ad as the unique identifier then just use the title that the system saw used the most often. The system would also query alexa for each URL used in the ads and display that site's alexa ranking and it would also display the Google PageRank for that site as well. If possible, when the user clicks on the result, I'd like it to be linked to the google url so the advertiser still gets charged whatever would have been charged had the searcher actually clicked on it via Google's website. Actually, the URL doesn't even have to be displayed in the results like it is in Google. Just used as the key identifier for each ad. So, the results would display Title, Description, PageRank and Alexa ranking all on one line or two.
