ActiveX Audio Chat Component

**1.1 ActiveX Audio Chat Component:** The ActiveX Audio Chat component operating in a Web browser that transmit audio through a computer speakers and microphone or the auxiliary input. The Audio Chat should have the following functionalities: * Talk Button * Hands Free Check Box * Mute Check Box * Volume Control * Audio Levels Indicators left and right * Audio Chat Timer * Audio Check The application will need an Audio Chat Server program. This Audio Chat Server will be able to run on a Widows 2000 Server computer. Users will be able to install the Audio Chat Server on the server. Installation interface look and feel will be provided by us. The application can run as a pier to pier. Please review Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger audio chat. **1.2 Audio Chat Conference:** The application should allow the individual to conference in other people. **1.3 Javascript:** JavaScript should be able to communicate with the Audio Chat functions. **1.4 Audio Formats:** Audio should be able to be heard in a clear and small package across the Internet so that anyone using a 56K modem will be able to operate the Audio Chat: **1.5 Audio Quaility:** Audio quality selection should be specified as a Parameter. **1.6 Parameters:** Parameters will be assigned to the ActiveX components. Sample of the ActiveX Audio Chat component would be greate! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ActiveX Audio Chat Component should work on: IE 5.0, 6.0 Netscape 6.0, 7.0
