Accounts Receivable Feature

We are needing an accounts receivable portal on our website. We are wanting a portal to where a customer can enter our AR site without an account setup. How we are wanting it is when a customer goes into the AR portal they enter their account #, and their billing zip code, and it will allow them to login to the portal. In the accounts receivable page we are wanting the customer to be able to view and print their statement as well as view invoices/credits. This will be coded in ASP, and the database is run off of access. I have an access report that I want the statement to look like. Right now our website does have this statement feature, but you have to have an account to view it, and it is not in the format I want it in. I will also need the ability for the person to sign up for an e-mail prompt, so i can remind them logon and check their statement.
