ASP.NET C# professional application

This project presents a list of referrals and allows the user to view the referrals list.

The attached screenshots and mini-functional describe it in more detail.

You should bet a C# ASP.NET expert. The application shell has been created and is in ASP.NET 2.0 and uses master pages. You should be familiar with this.

When you have successfully completed this project there could be several more in the same application. Looking for someone who can do repeat work:

The functionality required is:

* Referral Inbox Page ??" like an email inbox grid listing of referrals received by the office. Uses the web service ReferralListIncoming to populate the page.

* Referral SentBox Page ??" like an email sent folder ??" this lists referrals sent by the office. Uses the web service ReferralListOutgoing to populate the page.

* Referral Details Page ??" when the referral is selected for viewing, the details of the Referral are displayed. Uses the web service ReferralInquiry ??" with the includePrivateData flag set to “0??

* Referral Details Patient View Page ??" when the referral is selected for viewing, the details of the Referral are displayed. Uses the web service ReferralInquiry ??" with the includePrivateData flag set to “1??

Please see the detailed write up in the attached document. The WSDL is attached as well, please review the messages needed to implement the Instant Referral Functionality are: TeamMemberList and ReferralCreate. If anything is unclear, please ask questions before you bid.

We utilize the Infragistics NetAdvantage 2006 for ASP.NET library, so you can use any features from this library for the project.

We also utilize CSS extensively so the pages should be CSS compliant.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
