ASP and Access DB scripting

Need someone to do ASP scripting whcih receives parameters from query, accesses MS ACCESS and returns results in XML. In addition, we need several scripts created for our admin panel and improvement on existing. Everything is basic ASP database and sessions. There are several projects that we want to work through and probably end up hiring on a "retainer" basis or part/full time. Knowing PHP is a HUGE plus for us as much of what we will be doing will be integrating with PHP/MYSQL developments. There may still be possibilities for those you only have ASP/ACCESS skills, but much more limited. The budget I am choosing is "small" because the first project is simply an Add/Edit/Delete registries in an existing table of about 5 fields. However, as I stated, additional projects and work will be needed in an on-going basis. We won't be concerned as much with price as with speed and capabilities. The first project is to create "Add user", "List user", Edit User" and "Delete User" scripts using a table with the following fields: RoomID; UserName; Password; Email; Expiration (date); Enabled; Level; All but expiration are text fields. Enabled is a checkbox of "ON or OFF". Password does not need encryption. This needs to work within our existing admin panel using "session" which will be provided.
