create a survey

The project consist in create a survey of around 20 questions. The web page of survey is to be made for: 1. mobile smartphone 2. touch-screen 3. web server Must be possible to: - choose how many question on each page (button back and forward provided) - the page must be able to write content also on local xml file on the pc on whis the page is running (without a web server) - the survey is multilingual (there are customizable string) - some questions should switch on/off other components like in the example below questions example) choose one of the answer a. answer A b. answer B (if checked) activate combo box from wich choose c. answer C (if checked) activate combo box from wich choose - the combobox must have a description field and a value field Complete list of questions are provided with compositions rule detailed.
