Basic "Fantasy Football" style database needed

We require a basic database creating, and a form for users to submit based on data within the database. We are building a "Fantasy" Oscars game, where a user will select 5 movies, 5 performances (actors) and 1 director for their "team". Points will be awarded to movies, performances and directors based on their success at the Oscars in 2011. Each movie, performance and director will have a price assigned to it. These prices need to be updateable in some kind of basic admin panel. The selection a user makes must not total more than 50 million. We require the database to hold the following information. - Movies + ID + Movie Name + Release Date + Price + Points - Performances + ID + Actor Name + Movie Name + Release Date + Price + Points - Director + ID + Director Name + Movie Name + Release Date + Price + Points There will then be an entry form created for people to submit their selections based on the current price. Although the price may change over time, it should not affect selections which have already been submitted. The entry form will have the following information: + name + team name + e-mail address + telephone number + Movie 1 + Movie 2 + Movie 3 + Movie 4 + Movie 5 + Performance 1 + Performance 2 + Performance 3 + Performance 4 + Performance 5 + Director This information will be stored in a seperate table in the database that contains all of the entires to the contest. Users will also be emailed a copy of their entry when they submit the form. After the oscars have taken place in February 2011, we need to be able to use the Admin Panel to assign points to movies which win oscars. Once points have been added to the movies, we should be able to proceed a leaderboard showing which user entry got the most points, and therefore who won.
