Looking for a developer with an expert knowledge of jquery and ajax to build a real-time chat application and website. The work will be ongoing month by month for the right person or team based on performance. Fluent written English is a requirement. The chat application itself needs to be scalable but for prototyping etc we are looking for mysql and php including the main html and css layout work. Website requirements: Multiple chat rooms that respond in real-time plus login system. Ability to send messages to groups within each chat room plus the ability to subscribe to and leave groups. Room specific groups and site wide groups. Ability for users to create and manage new groups. Main html/css layout Future requirements: Ability to integrate with Twitter accounts and hashtags Administration panel (ability to create new chat room, delete accounts, manage groups etc) Payment will be $300 per month ongoing based on performance.
