Hi, if You need just this simple PCB board with headers and jumpers, I can make it really quick, I just need component names(to add them to library), the size and shape of board. Of course if You know exactly where headers and jumpers should stand, You can paint it by hand(write dimensions), make a photo and send it to me, I'll make exact PCB from it. P.S.
