Change file and layout from Pad2Pd file to Eagle production file

Need to convert a PAD2PAD file to Eagle including This is a Arduino Mega 2560 overlay board with a few components. Needs to be convertet to a 2 layer pcb board. Gerber files needed: • Top layer:*.GTL • Bottom layer: *.GBL • Solder Stop Mask top: *.GTS • Solder Stop Mask Bottom: *.GBS • Silk Top: *.GTO • Silk Bottom: *.GBO • NC Drill: *.TXT • The board outline needs to be included in at least one layer. Please indicate where your outline is located. • The Gerber file must be RS-274x format. Eagle files for the original Mega board can be downloaded from here: [login to view URL] Shematic must also be change to adapt to 2 layer since the board layout is only single layer.
