We are a petsitting services company. We need a scheduling program for mac that also has gps tracking of service providers that can run on their iPhones as an app. We want to be able to show clients the time and length of visits as well as the route of a dog walk and will allow us to update the sitter schedules so they have it on their iPhones and will send an alert for late or missed visits so we can make sure the client is taken care of.
There should be a way of entering the client database, add or cancel appointments, set recurring appointments, and be able to book at least 4 appointments per client per day and set appointments that start on one day, finish a day or days later.
Ideally we could set recurring appointments for ongoing clients and end the appointment days, months, or years later. For example, a client with a daily appointment Mon-Fri at a certain time, that we can cancel as needed without having to re-enter the recurring appointment each month or week.
We the want to be able to track the person going to make sure they are where they are supposed to be at the correct time, for the amount of time they are supposed to, and that the pet is walked for the correct amount of time. Ideally we can keep this information to share or not with our client.
