It is a sharing app based on location (so people with in a small distance). So things loaded into the app will be stored in cloud and user can decide who can access them. The files are very small, nominal data. I have some basic designs of what i want, (available on request), but will need some good design and guidance on build. Am initially looking for a launch product... so minimal functionality.
