Develop a Mac Application

Hello there! I think you are overthinking this task. I would recommend to develop this as a Google questionnaire, which will automatically feed the spreadsheet with all the data you need. Once that data is in the spreadsheet, it can be used to make a Word document automatically and can even be mail to the client automatically. All this from inside Google Apps. It is all for free. Not saying it is easy to set up, but it is much easier than develop something like this native to the iPad. This questionnaire then can be opened from anywhere simply through the link. So if you wish to bring it to the interview with a client, all you need is internet connected iPad. Let me know if you need help with this. Cheers, Denis
