hi, I have an app idea and I think it could be popular...I don't want to get into any detail but its Money orientated. I don't know a thing about creating apps so I'm unsure as to what skills you're meant to have. I need to find someone that is competent in building apps (it wont require crazy graphics). Willing to pay a fixed price or workout a partnership arrangement I have an accounting and finance background if that helps hope to hear from someone soon
