Develop a Mac Application

Hello, I have created one "To DO" project in RealBasic (also known today Xojo) mac os x and I'm stucking in few coding part. I will pay to someone who can show me and resolv /fix my problems online. It's about the WebRequest, Fetching url's, API, Loading proxylist from url into listbox and more.. I found some docs but can't alone figure out how to.
