App. Development on BlackBerry

Hi, I have a application with me which runs on windows phone. I am looking for a developer who can create a copy of same application for Blackberry phone. The application is straight and simple, it has got 5 fields : Name : Email : Add: Phone : Signature : All the above data will go to MySQL DB using GPRS connection. In case the GPRS connection is unavailable, the data will be saved to the phone temporarily and will be uploaded to the website as soon as the GPRS connection is found a) Let me know, how fast you can do it. b) is it only possible using Java j2e or you can do it using Dot net. c) Cost for sample application. We have lot of other applications for which we are looking for stable long term provider who can perform this task of converting window phone application to blacberry. Cheers
