Converting PSD to XHTML and CSS

We are looking for some experienced person in Search Engine Optimization who can create fully search engine optimized html pages from .psd (photoshop) format files provided by us. Also pages should be browser compatible and will strictly follow XHTML standards. we are lloking at around 10-15 different psd's Only serious bidders and someone with great exprience in SEO, Please provide us with a sample of ypur work along with the bid.
