BlogEngine.Net template from existing html/css design

One of our clients is launching a new site using [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). We have an .html / css design mockup for a simple site with a few pages. We need a new [login to view URL] theme (using master pages) created that is based on our existing design, with a few modifications. The new site will use [login to view URL] for all pages. We will provide example design to finalists so you can review and confirm your bid. Some design work will be required but most of project is translating our design to a [login to view URL] theme, using their ASP.NET controls where possible. Our customer will use [login to view URL] for many other websites, so there is a lot of opportunity for additional design/theme work.
