Create DNN 7 Skin in Win8 Style - repost

I need a DNN 7.x Skin with the following features: - flexible Tile Layout: sizes and arrangements like win8 App Store or start screen, background as plain colored, image, text and symbol or a combination of them (like win 8) - no "live tile" function, but mouse over-function: changes active tile layout/background, changes one other addressable tile. mouse-click-function: lile link-click or menu-click (navigation). - tile sizes are adaptable. I need a runnable version and source code. I need to see a fully executable version (maybe on your system) and I'd like to make some clicks on it. Afterwards I'll pay 50%.
