Create C# instant messaging lib

I'm looking for someone who will create single C# assembly that will provide instant messaging via various services for my background windows service. This should support text messaging (only sending for now) with users of following services: - Email (SMTP) - SMS (SMPP) - Skype - Google Hangouts (ex. Google Talk, XMPP) - ICQ (Oscar) - VKontakte ([login to view URL]) - Facebook ([login to view URL]) Create single class with several static methods, like [login to view URL](InstantMessageProviderEnum service, string to, string message); [login to view URL](InstantMessageProviderEnum service, string to, string message, string title); [login to view URL](InstantMessageProviderEnum service, string to, string message, string title, double latitude, double longitude); Store providers account (login/pass or auth tokens) in a custom section of .config file.
