A webbrowser with multiple tabs like default browser -- 2

the browser should support javascript cookies and everything .. it should support multiple tabs, when url targeted to blank, it will open in new tab. the browser function can be used like [login to view URL]("websitea","WEBSITEA TITLE in TAB",true); [login to view URL]("websiteb","WEBsiteb ",true); [login to view URL]("websitec"); the website a and b 's tab can't be closed, websitec's tab can be closed, judged by the third parm. all the tabs which user opens in future can be closed. websitec will show the site's own title in tab. websitea websiteb will show the text in param in tab. The browser will open websitea websiteb websitec ,at the sametime, and make the last one website c at the top. The browser should NOT have address bar instead it will show tabs there, if there's 3 tabs , they will share the tab bar by 33% each. Please make sure you understand all my needs, and make a sample project for me to check, the browser class should be called easily in same project.
