Write an Android Contact Encryption APP

Hi, I want an APP that can : 1. Select some contacts from the contact list and store in local DB 2. Update and Add to contacts as needed 3. Enter Secure Code to Delete those contacts and Save to the DB 4. Enter Secure Code Restore all Contacts in the DB 5. DB will be encrypted and not plain text for security 6. If Delete and Restore command via the dial pad(i.e. ##111223# 2 diff codes to trigger the command) 7. Add to contact list also via the dial pad(i.e. #222#09088112233# to add a phone number to the list.) 8. Nice clean design 9. 1 Master Code, 10. 1 Ghost code (Entering this code at point 4 or 6 will say all contacts restored but will not restore anything) 11. 1 Restore code(Entering this as point 4 or 6 will restore all saved contacts) 12. 1 delete code to delete saved contact from the phone contact list. Optional Can we also protect Images and Videos this was, with delete and restore commands. Michael
