I need a Firemoney/multiplatform application to demonstrate the use of Beacons. The app shall be developed in Delphi / Firemoney for the Android (4.4 onwards) and Apple iOS environments. The developer shall deliver Delphi source files and all the support files needed to compile the application for Android and Apple.
Here are the basic functions needed: when the app is open on the mobile device the user can select “Mapping mode” or “Scan mode”. “Mapping Mode” allows to record, on a local database, the reference IDs of the beacon(s) found, adding additional data such as Short description, Long description, Reference Web page, Picture, Message type, Threshold distance. “Scan Mode” is the default mode, active even when the app is closed or minimized, that pops up a message (and / or shows a web page) whenever the device comes within the range of one of the beacon recorded in the local database using the “Mapping Mode” of the App.
All the functions are easily developing using the Embarcadero code snippets and the sample applications provided with Delphi 10 Seattle (\Samples\Object Pascal\Multi-Device Samples\Device Sensors and Services\Bluetooth).
Tecnology to be used: Delphi 10 Seattle with FireMonkey Plastform; IBLite (Interbase ToGo as local DB)
