create a mobile landing page. that looks like the one I have included. 1. One thing missing is the battery image needs to have a flashing red bar across it basically showing that the battery is dying...so basically about 1/12 of the battery in red blinking showing that the battery is dying. 2. The landing page needs to have code that identifies the location of the type of mobile device and put that device name in the page. 3. Page needs to identify the location of the device and translate the text into that language. The languages I need are: Deutsch, Español, English, Française, Português, Português do Brasil, Pусский, Türk, Bahasa Indonesia, Italiano, العربية, ภาษาไทย, Tiếng Việt, 日本語, 한국의, 中文(简体), and 中文(繁體). 4. Page needs to be mobile responsive...meaning that it adjusts to the specific devices screen size.
