Check/receipt recognition (OCR) - create an Android app as a proof of concept

Есть опыт разработки приложений под Android. Есть рабочий пример OCR на базе ABBYY Cloud, но там платный доступ. Возможно сделать приложение на основе открытых библиотек. Выбор за Вами. Необходимо увидеть детальное ТЗ для уточнения цены и сроков.
