Create a tracking app. Barcode scan of item will allocate it to a vehicle then when picked up from site, Left at site or returned to warehouse the appropriate state can be set. Phone date, time & GPS location will be attached at each scan. Information is to be uploaded to a register at each [login to view URL] be able to see the vehicle the item has been allocated too, where and when items was dropped off, where and when item was picked up and when return to warehouse. must be able to convert barcode number to description. each item will have individual barcode. Descrpition: 1st barcode scan will be vehicle id next barcode will be bin number. Next action will be if bin is left at site. A description field should open so customer name can be added. Alternatively Bin is pick-up from site. Bin may then be left at another site and scanned as such or returned to warehouse and scanned. Report should be accessible by web browser. It should display which vehicle bin is on, what site bin is left on, date and time, who picked bin up, date and time, when bin was returned to factory date and time. GPS location recorded should be able to be displayed on google maps.
