Android app to find,identify, and classify colors

Write an app that allows the user to select a range of closely related hues, then a constant saturation and a constant value. Color swatches (containing a color gradient) shall be displayed in a Fragment containing a ListView. There are Different Phases for this project. Must be able to complete all (Please see the pdf attachment) Must use Android Studio ( Minimum SDK: API 19: (Android 4.4 KitKat). ALL PHASES SHOULD BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 20TH. Can discuss the price, but do not want to spend above $60 for completing all the phases since its not a super hard project.
