Android Application - wifi Scan a specific channel (e.g. "2437 MHz" )

I want a Android Application. Request a scan for access points in specified channel list. Each channel is specified by its frequency in MHz, e.g. "2437" Android have a Hidden function engaged in this work. it name is startCustomizedScan(ScanSettings requested) . but this function is a hidden function.
